A unique convergence — the credibility of India's apex industry body, the academic rigour of the world's finest hospitality university, and the real-world excellence of four iconic hotel brands — all under one roof.
The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) works to create and sustain an environment conducive to the development of India, partnering industry, government and civil society through advisory and consultative processes. CII is a non-government, not-for-profit, industry-led and industry-managed organisation.

CII Institute of Hospitality is CII's dedicated education initiative for the hospitality sector — bringing the same rigour, network, and credibility that CII is known for across Indian industry, directly into hospitality education.

Through IGNOU, CIIH students can pursue a formal university degree in parallel with their hospitality training — giving you both the practical, employer-loved credential of a CII-EHL diploma and the academic standing of a Central University qualification.
IGNOU · New Delhi · India's Largest University · Est. 1985
Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is India's largest university and one of the largest open universities in the world — with an enrolment of over 3 million students and a network of over 800 regional and study centres across India. Established by an Act of Parliament in 1985, IGNOU is a Central University under the University Grants Commission (UGC).
CIIH's academic affiliation with IGNOU provides students a pathway to formally recognised university degrees, bridging vocational excellence with academic credentialing — ensuring your hospitality qualification carries the full weight of a Central University's endorsement.
